A Laois father and daughter have found a fun and creative way to raise money for charities.
Abbeyleix man Dave Casey, known for his business Casey's AbbeyGold Feeds, started a pizza trailer with his daughter Sarah.
Sarah and Dave's Pizza Palace is a horsebox turned pizza parlour, used to help raise funds for various local causes.
The pair do not use this venture to generate money, but rather will attend local charity fundraisers and donate the profits from their delicious pizzas and smash burgers to the fundraiser.
Two years on from its foundation, the father-daughter duo are known for their delicious pizzas, all for various great causes.
"Sarah is nine, she loves it. She wouldn't do too much work now, but she's very involved!" Mr Casey told the Leinster Express / Laois Live.

"We do it together for a bit of fun, and bring out the trailer for fundraisers. We've done it for her birthday and communion, it isn't a business. I have my own business myself, so I'd have brought it out for a customer appreciation day and so on," he explained.
Mr Casey and his daughter recently brought their pizza trailer to a fundraising day for Jack and Jill, organised by E. C. Pratt and Co.
"We had great craic at the fundraiser, we always do. It's nice to do something good. We get asked to do a lot of fundraisers, and we do the ones we can," he said.
Mr Casey came across an old horsebox one day, and the idea came to him then.
"I was going through a divorce and my mother was sick, so I wanted to do something different. I saw a horsebox and bought it, and Sarah came up with the logo and the name," he said.
"I'm always doing different bits and projects, Sarah was all for this and pushed ahead with it," Mr Casey said.
"We have a proper gozney oven, it uses gas and wood fuels. I did my research into pizzas and it's the best oven for pizza."

The father and daughter duo have put time and effort into perfecting the tastiest pizzas, something that many people will travel for.
"It took a while to master the pizza process, it wasn't just a 'get up and go' thing. There was a lot of trial and error in perfecting the dough and the sauce," Mr Casey explained.
The Abbeyleix man said that along with giving back to various fantastic causes, he and Sarah get great joy from bringing smiles to peoples faces.
