Laois GAA have released details regarding a Crossbar Challenge that will take place at half-time of the Laois and Waterford game on Saturday evening.
The competition is open to boys and girls aged 10 & 11. All competitors will be taking on the challenge alongside the Laois U-15 Football Development Squad.
Sign-ups will be taken at the end of the stand in L-H prior to throw-in. This is the second time a competition of this sort has taken place in 2023. The previous competition was at half-time of the hurling league fixture versus Waterford. The hurling alternative involved competitors trying to hit a sliotar into a basketball hoop from 10 yards. Leah Dunphy, the victor on that occcasion.
