The Laois Camogie team are currently getting prepared for a trip to Croke Park as they're set to face Tipperary in this year's Premier Junior All-Ireland Camogie Championship final.
The referee for the final has been confirmed as Galway's Karol Collins from the Oranmore/ Maree club. Collins, a seasoned official, brings a wealth of experience to the field, having officiated various prestigious matches including the Very League Division 2B Final in 2023, the Minor A Shield Final in 2024, the Senior B Club Final in 2023, and the Hurling Division 1 Final in both 2023 and 2024.
Laois reached the final by virtue of defeating Cavan in the semi-final while Tipperary got the better of Armagh, the side which denied Laois Division 3A glory in April.
The Laois and Tipperary game will be the first game of a triple-header of Camogie finals in GAA HQ. Cork and Kilkenny will play in the Intermediate final with the Senior final being contested by Cork and Galway.
Laois and Tipperary throws-in at 1.05pm on Sunday, August 11 in Croke Park.
