Laois GAA alongside Laois Camogie held their annual Poc Fada on Monday, June 16, at Mountrath Golf Club, with a strong turnout of competitors across four categories in hurling and camogie. Darragh Hiney (Ballypickas) retained his Senior hurling title, while LJ Cuddy (Camross) was crowned U-16 champion. In camogie, it was also two in a row for Chloe Boyhan (Clough-Ballacolla), who won the U-16 competition, with Chloe Troy (Clonad/Raheen Gaels) taking home the Senior title. Photographer Denis Byrne covered the event for the Leinster Express/Laois Live.
