Friday evening's Laois Shopping Centre Senior 'B' Hurling Championship final between local rivals The Harps and Abbeyleix has fallen foul of the inclement weather brought by Storm Amy.
The sides are due to meet in the first-ever final of the competition, which is introduced alongside the expansion of the Senior Hurling Championship to 10 teams in 2025.
A short statement from Laois GAA said, "SHC B Final this evening postponed due to weather warnings. Rescheduled for next Wednesday evening."
The game has been rescheduled to take place on Wednesday evening, October 8.
