Laois senior football panel named ahead of Division 3 opener against Limerick in Portlaoise

Laois senior football manager Justin McNulty has revealed his 36-man panel for this year’s Allianz National Football League.

McNulty’s side will welcome Division 4 champions Limerick to Portlaoise on Saturday evening in the opening game of Division 3.

The majority of the players on the panel have already featured at some stage this year against either Dublin in the O’Byrne Cup or Carlow in the O’Byrne Shield. The Rock’s Sean O’Neill, Aaron Cooney (St Joseph’s), Portlaoise’s Ben Dempsey, Park-Ratheniska’s Simon Fingleton and Portarlington pair Rioghan Murphy and Ronan Coffey are the players who didn’t feature in either of those competitive games that have been named on McNulty’s panel for the league.
