Former Laois Ladies footballer and Timahoe stalwart Mary Casey was honoured at the LGFA National Volunteer of the Year Awards ceremony at Croke Park on Friday evening. A member of Laois’s historic 2001 All-Ireland-winning team, Casey was inducted into the LGFA Hall of Fame in recognition of her outstanding achievements on the field and decades of dedicated service to Timahoe Ladies and the wider LGFA community. The honour continues a proud tradition for Laois Ladies football on the national stage.
