The Laois senior footballers made the trip to Glenisk O'Connor Park on Saturday evening to take on Offaly in the first round of the Leinster Championship. Justin McNulty's side recorded a nine-point win and will play Kildare in Newbridge on Sunday. A crowd of 2,841 attended the game, with almost 2,000 of those from Laois.
