All-Ireland Champ and Player of the Year is a star for is club Fossa
David Clifford and his brother Paudi will be representing their club Fossa in the All Ireland Junior Club semi-final in early January and the game is on in Portlaoise.
They will face Meath outfit Castletown with the GAA fixing the game for Saturday, January 7 in the Laois Hire O'Moore Park.
Since winning his first All-Ireland County medal, winning an All-Star and being named Player of the Year, the Kerry star has been outstanding at club level in the Kingdom.
He helped East Kerry to a Kerry Senior County Championship scoring 1-9 in the final. East Kerry is an amalgamated team so cannot represent the county in the All-Ireland Club series.
However, because of the vagaries of the Kerry club structure, he has the chance of winning All-Ireland glory with his club which is based just outside Killarney.
He scored an incredible goal in the Kerry Junior final with Fossa who defeated Listry. Fossa went on to beat defeated Kilmurry of Cork in the AIB Munster Club Junior Football Championship Final.
There will surely be a big turn out in O'Moore Park that day to see the best player in the country work his magic.
