Laois camogie star receives Trinity College scholarship

A Laois camogie player has been awarded a scholarship from Trinity College in Dublin.

Saragh Creagh, from the St Brigid's club, was recently announced as a 2017/2018 sports scholar for Camogie at Trinity College Dublin.

Sarah commented: “I am delighted to receive this scholarship for a sport that I love. I enjoy playing as part of the Trinity camogie team, and this scholarship and its benefits allow me to play to the best of my ability.”

Creagh will be under new management with Laois in 2018, after Laois camogie announced over the weekend the appointment of David Dunning, as the Dubliner brings a while new management team with him.
