Eddie Brennan will be the next Laois senior hurling manager.
The full line up of Laois GAA football and hurling managers were confirmed at a county board meeting last night.
Eddie Brennan's much-anticipated appointment as Laois senior hurling manager was rubberstamped, and he will be joined on his management team by Portlaoise's Tommy Fitzgerald and Fran Dowling from Camross.
At U-20 level, David Cuddy has been appointed as manager with four selectors - Enda Meagher (Rathdowney-Errill), Brendan Lowry (Camross), Derek Delaney (Portlaoise) and Chris Murray (Colt).
Enda Lyons will return as minor manager, with Jimmy Walsh (Ballinakill) and Sean Conroy (The Harps) as selectors. JJ McHugh and Gary Moore will act as coaches, with Dermot McGill the Strength and Conditioning coach.
In football, John Sugrue's reappointment was also confirmed, as expected. Billy O'Loughlin returns as U-20 boss, and will now have a full pre-season with his players. Billy Delaney (Stradbally) and Liam Brophy (St Joseph's) are selectors, and Tommy Byrne will be a coach.
At minor level, Donncha Phelan has also been reappointed, with his selectors and backroom team to be appointed at a later date.
