National Lottery issues advice to Laois jackpot winnner

The National Lottery has issued some advice for the latest Laois jackpot winner. 

The Laois Lotto player was the biggest winner in Saturday night’s Lotto draw after scooping the Lotto Plus 2 Top Prize worth a whopping €250,000.  

The lucky player purchased their ticket at Centra on Dublin Road, Portlaoise.  Downey's Centra posted a notice on their social media last night. 

The winning numbers from last night’s Lotto Plus 2 draw (Saturday, August 5th) were:  1, 2, 12, 15, 24, 31, and the bonus was 47. 

“A player from Laois was the biggest winner in last night’s Lotto draw after scooping the Lotto Plus 2 top prize of an incredible €250,000. While there was no winner of last night’s €3.9 million Lotto jackpot, an online player from Co Limerick did manage to match 5 numbers and the bonus to score €139,269," a lotto spokesperson said.

There was no winner of last night’s €3,932,614 Lotto jackpot.  

The numbers in last night’s main Lotto draw were: 1, 13, 20, 21, 40, 47 and the bonus was 6

There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 draw. The numbers drawn were 15, 16, 17, 25, 30, 45 and the bonus number was 4.
