Roadworks will take place on the N77 Abbeyleix Road
Laois County Council is planning to temporarily close a busy Portlaoise road this week in order for emergency repair works to be carried out.
Council staff will be carrying out works on the N77 Abbeyleix Road between 7pm on Wednesday, April 3 and 3am on Thursday, April 4.
There will be a number of diversions in place and there will be Temporary Traffic Management in place to enable the works.
