The Station Road, Portlaoise will be closed from the junction with the N80 and the entrance to the train station.
Laois passengers travelling on Local Link services are being warned of disruption due to a road closure.
TFI Local Link Laois Offaly has advised passengers that their 858 Thurles to Portlaoise and 834 Portlaoise to Roscrea services are impacted because of road works at Station Road, Portlaoise.
"Due to a road closure on Tuesday, April 2 and Wednesday, April 3 our 858 Thurles to Portlaoise and 834 Portlaoise to Roscrea services will not be able to pick up or drop off at the train station between 8am and 6pm on both days," they said.
"Please make your way to the shop at JFL Avenue for both days where departure time will be the same as train station departure time.
"Apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this unavoidable disruption."
