HSE warning issued
The HSE has issued a warning about high strength MDMA pills are in circulation at the Electric Picnic.
The HSE warned that the MDMA, or ecstasy has caused medical emergencies and fits at the event.
“These are causing medical emergencies, including fits. It’s safer not to use drugs at all but if you do #StartlowGoslow mind yourself and care for others,” the HSE said it an warning on social media.

This is the first warning to be issued by the HSE on site testing team who are working to reduce the harm caused by drugs at the festival.
