Gardaí issue appeal over missing Laois teenage boy

Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to a missing 16 year-old boy who was last seen in Laois

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Jake Cunningham Burke who is reported missing in Mountmellick since Friday, May 23.

Jake is described as being approximately 5 foot 5 inches in height, with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.

When last seen, Jake was wearing black pants and a black/pink jacket.

It is believed that Jake was in the Carlow area and may have since travelled to Dublin.

Gardaí are concerned for his wellbeing.

Anyone with any information on Jake's whereabouts is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda station on 057 867 4100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
