Tullamore District Court
A suspect is due in court in connection with a serious assault which occurred at a shopping centre in Laois last week.
A man suffered facial injuries during an assault at Laois Shopping Centre on the evening of Monday, June 16. He was taken by ambulance to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Portlaoise Gardaí said a suspect has been arrested and will be brought before Tullamore District Court this morning.
It’s understood the male suspect is in his late teens or early 20s and from Laois.
