One person was taken to hospital following a four car collision on the N80 near the Laois Offaly border this morning.
The collision occurred on a straight stretch of the N80 between Killeigh in Offaly and Mountmellick in Laois at around 9am.
Laois Garda confirmed there was a “four car road traffic collision. One person taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.”
The road was impassable for a time this morning.
