Gardai are believed to have seized a large quantity of illegal drugs in Laois.
The Leinster Express/Laois Live understands around 100kgs of cocaine with a potential estimated value of around €7 million have been seized.
It’s believed the drugs were seized as part of an operation involving garda units based outside of Co Laois.
It’s understood that a garda operation is ongoing in the Ballacolla area of Laois.
