Family appeal for help in locating missing Portarlington man

Laois Gardaí and the family of Portarlington man Tony Egan have appealed for help in locating him.

Family and friends have expressed serious concern for his welfare as he medical condition for which he is receiving treatment for.

Tony left his home at 12 Newmill Court, Portarlington, Co. Laois at about 9pm on Monday, September 19 and has not been seen since.

Tony is 32 years of age, 11 stone, has short brown hair and is about 5ft 11 in height. When last seen Tony was wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit bottoms and white runners.

· Gardaí would like to speak to anyone who was in the Newmill Court Area of Portarlington on Monday night / Tuesday morning last and may have seen Tony walking from his address.

· Business owners are asked to check the CCTV for any image of Tony that will give some indication of his direction of travel on foot.

· Landowners, Farmers and owners of commercial premises in the Portarlington area are asked to check any vacant outbuildings they have in an effort to locate Tony.
