A woman has appeared in Thurles District Court this morning, charged in connection with the death of a man in Roscrea last Sunday.
Inga Ozalina (45) of The Malthouse, Roscrea was charged with assault causing harm to Audrius Pukas.
Mr Pukas was found with stab wounds in the early hours of Sunday morning at The Malthouse.
Ms Ozalina was charged at Nenagh Garda Station last night.
Judge Elizabeth McGrath granted bail to Ms. Ozalina despite Garda objections, at Thurles District Court this morning.
She fixed bail on her own surety of €1,000 to be lodged in court, and an independent surety of €5,000.
Ms Ozalina has handed over her passport to gardaí and must sign on three times a week at Roscrea Garda station.
She is due to appear in court again on December 22.
