An online event will be held next week to promote 100 new fully-remote job opportunities at Otonomee, an Irish company that provides outsourced sales and customer support services.

Job-seekers across Laois are being encouraged to virtually attend the 'Careers Club' event on March 27 which will be run in partnership with remote working organisation Grow Remote.

Otonomee currently employs 120 people in Europe and the new jobs are primarily in the area of customer support, with additional roles in operations, quality and technical support.

The company has plans to eventually grow its workforce to 1,000 employees. The new roles are all fully remote and are open to candidates living anywhere in Ireland.

Speaking about the announcement, Brendan Ring, Chief People Officer at Otonomee said: “Otonomee is delighted to host this Career Club with Grow Remote to highlight these new job opportunities. At Otonomee we believe in giving employees the choice of where they live and work - for us it is about giving people the autonomy to do their best work, wherever they live. We are a proud Employer Partner of Grow Remote, who have been instrumental in championing the growth of remote working opportunities in Ireland connecting employers, remote workers and communities.”

Grow Remote Communications Manager Joanne Mangan said: “It’s exciting to see an indigenous Irish company like Otonomee creating these new fully-remote opportunities, particularly at a time when many large tech companies are letting staff go or trying to bring staff back to the office. We know that remote work leads to many positive social, economic and environmental impacts for individuals, for businesses and for communities, so we are delighted to partner with Otonomee to spread the word about these new job opportunities as far and wide as possible.”

Interested candidates can find out more by visiting the Grow Remote website (www.growremote.ie) and can apply for the current open roles via Otonomee’s website https://www.otonomee.com
