"I’m the oldest child of four, with two sisters and one brother. I attended both primary and secondary school in Clonaslee, where I completed my Leaving Certificate in 2017 and then went on to the Institute of Technology Carlow to study Business at Honours degree level," Nicole says.
She is a talented actress.
"For the past four years, I have been a member of the Clodiagh Players drama group, playing various lead roles and took part in the All Ireland Drama Festival in 2016," she said.
She recently began working on the front desk at The Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise.
In her free time, she loves to explore the mountains on her doorstep in Clonaslee.
"I enjoy taking advantage of our beautiful Slieve Bloom Mountains and trying to stay as active as I can," said Nicole.
"I’m really excited to be taking part in this years Rose of Tralee and I want to thank the Funky Monkey for being my sponsors," she said.
