Portlaoise Golf Club all set to host their annual Open Week

Portlaoise Golf Club will host their annual Open Week this coming week, beginning on Thursday.

A jam-packed schedule of events will see something for everyone over the course of the six days, with both 10-Hole and 18-Hole competitions lined up.

There will also be a special prize for the most accurate golfer over the week, with Gerry Browne Jewellers putting up a prize for the first Hole in One scored, on any hole, during the week.

This coming weekend sees two team competitions take place on Saturday and Sunday, while a seniors team competition is also part of the schedule, with that taking place this Thursday.
