Laois were right on target at Limerick Racecourse as the team of Clay shooters put in an awesome display to win the All Ireland title
They beat all the represented county teams to take the All-Ireland National Association of Regional Game Councils (NARGC) title.
The team consisted of members from many gun clubs around the county. They were managed by Paddy McDonald from Ballyroan who also guided his local club to all-Ireland success last year.
Laois Clay Target Club also achieved third place in The National Clubs competition.
Another local man, Eamonn Healy, won the national side by side competition. Special thanks must go to John Munnelly secretary of Laois Game Council for all his work, behind the scenes, that made all this happen.
