Bring an umbrella with you this Sunday
The best of this weekend's weather in Saturday, but tonight Friday February 16 will become very cold yet again, according to Met Eireann's latest forecasts.
There will be outbreaks of showery rain this evening and early tonight across Laois and Leinster. The rain will clear eastwards around midnight with isolated showers thereafter. Long clear spells developing giving lowest temperatures of 1 to 4 degrees. Strong and gusty southerly winds will veer southwest and moderate.
It will be dry for most of Saturday with a mix of cloud and sunny spells. Cloud increasing later in the afternoon with some patchy rain expected towards evening. Top temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in moderate southerly winds.
However on Sunday the mist and clouds will descend.
"Sunday looks set to be a mostly cloudy and damp day with patchy rain and drizzle. It will be misty also with fog on hills. Mild on Sunday with maximum temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in moderate southwest breezes".
Sunday night will be largely dry overnight but with patches of mist, fog and drizzle. Minimum temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in light, variable winds.
