Laois and Kildare neighbouring towns come together for music

A great night of entertainment is in store for neighbouring Kildare and Laois towns, Monasterevin and Portarlington.

Monasterevin Community Centre is hosting a musical spring concert with some fantastic local bands set to perform.

The Portarlington Golf Club Male Choir with Choirmaster Dr Larry Fulham will lead the performances at the concert on the night as well as Portarlington Junior Concert Band.

Some other musical performances to look forward to on the night include saxophonist Bob Batty, Pat’s Jazz band and solo pianist Oisin Ures Maher.

This not to be missed concert takes place at Monasterevin Community Centre, Whelan's Street, Monasterevin on Saturday, March 23 and it kicks off at 8pm. Tickets are €5.
