Chance of isolated thunderstorms in Laois
Met Eireann has issued a weather warning for Laois as blustery spells are expected.
The Status Yellow Wind Warning is in place from 2pm and will continue until 7pm this evening.
The national forecaster is warning of the possibility of thunderstorms.
“Becoming very windy or squally for a time today with isolated thunderstorms possible,” Met Eireann stated.
The warning is in place for Laois and the rest of Leinster as well as Cavan, Monaghan, Tipperary and Waterford.
