Park Ratheniska GAA club was the latest stop on the Operation Transformation Ad Break Challenge tour of Laois as part of the county's hosting of the RTÉ series.
A big crowd turned out for OT fitness expert Karl Henry as TV cameras rolled, to show Ireland how to get off the couch and exercise during ad breaks in the series screened every Wednesday night on RTÉ.
