Irish Rail has issued an appeal to help find the owner of a dog who may have taken the train to Dublin.
The small dog got off an evening train from Portlaoise to Dublin at Heuston Station in the capital on Friday.
“Is this your dog? Last night, this sweet dog embarked on the 19:25 Portlaoise to Heuston service and is being cared for by our staff from Heuston Station until we find its owner,” Irish Rail stated in a tweet.
