A Portlaoise based charity for the homeless has put out an appeal for new volunteers.
Portlaoise Action To Homelessness(PATH) provided warm meals and provisions to the homeless in Laois and Dublin.
They are holding a new volunteer meeting in the Heath Room, Parish Centre in Portlaoise this Tuesday, September 24 at 7pm.
“Anyone interested in becoming a Volunteer with P.A.T.H please come along. It will last no longer than one hour of your precious time, some of our committee members and myself will go through all that we do. And from there you can decide if you would like to be a part of our team,” PATH Chairperson Jason McEvoy said in an online post.
Anyone looking to volunteer with the charity is asked to visit Portlaoise Parish Centre.
