The death has occurred of Una Dunne(née Bolton) (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Portarlington, Co. Laois) June 8th 2025 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Parke House Nursing Home, Kilcock. Beloved wife of the late John, cherished mother of Peter, Una, Sean, Joe and Cathy and dear sister of Peg and the late John, Bill, Francie, Nora and Ann. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandson, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace
Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Celbridge on Sunday afternoon (June 15th) from 4pm to 6pm. Removal to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip on Monday morning (June 16th) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please.

Alice Bolger - Cullohill / Rathdowney
The death took place on June 6, 2025 of Alice Bolger (née Murphy), Cannonswood, Cullohill, Laois / Rathdowney, Laois / and formerly of Corstown, Kilmanagh, Co. Kilkenny.
Alice passed away, peacefully but unexpectedly at St. James's Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her son Enda, deeply regretted by her loving husband Kieran, daughter Caitríona, son Kieran, daughter-in-law Sheila, Caitríona's partner Bas, sister Maria (Witherow), brothers John, Ned, Tom and Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposed in St. Tighearnach's Church, Cullohill (R32EV76) on Monday June 9th, from 4pm with Rosary at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday June 10th, in St. Tighearnach's Church, Cullohill, at 12 noon followed by burial in Durrow cemetery (R32CK11).

Patricia Mulhall - Portlaoise
The death took place on June 7, 2025 of Patricia Mulhall (née Farrell), 12 River View Ridge Road, Portlaoise, Laois, R32 XH 56
Beloved daughter of the late Cristine and Paddy Farrell St.Johns Square, wife of Paddy Mulhall.
Predeceased by her siblings Michael, Billy, Eileen and Mary.
Deeply regretted by her daughter Jennifer (Scully) and her son Chris, her sisters Margaret (Conroy), Catherine, Esther, Geraldine, her brothers Paddy, Noelie and David, son-in -law Richard and daughter-in -law Bernadine, grandchildren Bobby, Heidi, Molly and Moyà, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and her many friends.
Reposed in her home on Sunday from 5pm. Recital of The Rosary at 8pm.
Funeral arrived SS Peter and Paul’s Church Portlaoise on Monday for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery.
James Murphy - Portlaoise
The death took place on June 6, 2025 of James (Jimmy) Murphy, late of Portlaoise and formerly of Ballyfermot and Inchicore.
Peacefully, predeceased by his dad Bobby, mam Helen and brother John (Pat), very sadly missed by his sister Bernadette, brother’s Robert and David, sisters-in-law Liza and Olivia, brother-in-law Paul, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends.
James will be reposing at Stafford's Funeral Home, Ballyfermot on Thursday 12th June from 12pm to 2pm. A committal service and a celebration of James's life will take place afterwards at 2pm in Stafford's Funeral Home.

Helen Ryan - Borris-in-Ossory
The death took place on June 7, 2025 of Helen Ryan (née Abbott), 17 Deanswood, Borris-in-Ossory, Laois
Beloved daughter of the late William and Eileen Abbott.

Antony Perissato de Aguiar- Portlaoise
We are devastated to announce that our little man Antony Perissato de Aguiar, age 7, passed away unexpectedly and peacefully at the Crumlin Hospital on the 4th June, 2025 with his loving parents.
Antony was healthy and full of joy playing in a bouncy castle in a beautiful day when he suffered from a sudden heart condition.
Dad, Raphael, and Mom, Karla, are very blessed to have Antony as their child and he will be forever missed by his little brother, Gianlucca, his cousin, Isaac, his beloved grandparents, Sandra, Rogerio, Maeli, Carlos and Solange, and his many friends from our Brazilian community, his school, Scoil Bhride and his after-school, After the Bell.
Reposing at Keegan's Funeral Home, Portlaoise on Sunday 8th June from 2pm to 4pm with prayers at 3pm. A private cremation will take place on Monday.
