Old water system to blame - Stanley

Brian Stanley TD has slammed proposals for householders to identify home water leaks.

“Up to 40% percent of water is leaking out of pipes because consecutive governments have failed to upgrade an ageing and leaking water system. This is not the householder’s fault,” he said.
