‘Shameful’ grant allocation in Laois

The Laois allocation for housing grants of €418,000 is “shameful” according to Brian Stanley TD.

He said that Kilkenny was allocated almost three times more (€1.2 million).

“Since 2010 when €1.8 million was allocated, the grant figure has been reduced by over 75 percent in Laois,” he said.
