Laois Offaly TDs Dail attendances revealed

Tipperary TD Seamus Healy calls for Dail to re recalled to tackle homelessness crisis

The attendance records of Laois Offaly TDs have been published on the Oireachtas website.

The latest figures, which do not include Ministers, reveal the number of sitting days attended by local TDs between January 1 and October 31 this year. 

The attendance reports show how many of the 86 sitting days the TDs attended. It also indicates the number of days the TDs were in Leinster House when the Dail wasn’t sitting. These figures can include non sitting days in which committees may have sat. 

Laois TD Brian Stanley had an almost perfect record having attended on 85 of the 86 sitting days. He was also in attendance on 15 non sitting days days.  

Deputy Charlie Flanagan attended on 73 of the 86 days and on 26 other occasions. Deputy Carol Nolan was in attendance on 79 of the 86 sitting days and was in Leinster House on 24 other days. 

Deputy Barry Cowen attended the Dail on 77 of the 86 sitting days between January 1 and October 31. He was in Leinster House on 23 other occasions during the same period.
