December was a magical one for Camross Camogie Club as their 2025 Christmas came early when they defeated Cork's Ballincollig in the All-Ireland Camogie Intermediate Club final in Croke Park. There were joyous scenes after the game, as well as for their homecoming as they walked the four trophies that they won in 2025 over the bridge in Camross. Stradbally Parish Gaels and The Harps won the Laois GAA U-20 Championships, while Ballyrittas fighter Shane Allison was crowned World Champion.
