Old Fort Quarter Festival 2018
Laois County Council will temporarily close Main Street, Portlaoise for the Old Fort Quarter Festival.
Main Street will close from 12pm on Friday, June 22 as festival preparations get underway. Marquees and bunting will be going up on Main Street and at Fitzmaurice Place.
Main Street will remain closed until 07:00am on Monday, June 25. A section of Church Avenue will also be closed on Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 from 10am until approximately 7pm each day.
Road diversions and signage will be in place during this time.
As Old Fort Quarter Festival media partner, the Leinster Express will be bringing you all the coverage of the festival weekend in Portlaoise online and in Tuesday's newspaper.
