The M7 motorway is fully operational this morning after extensive overnight snow clearance work.
Rolling road closures took place yesterday evening between Junctions 9 and 10 (Naas and Newbridge) to enable snow clearance between the two junctions inbound.
However, Gardaá have advised motorists to drive with care and observe speed restrictions that are in place due to current works on the M7.
There are foggy conditions this moring, and while the motorway artery and several major roads are clear, there are still snow and slush hazards on smaller roads.
