Irish Car of the Year winner to be announced in November

The Irish Car Of The Year 2019 winner will be announced at a gala reception in the Gibson Hotel, Dublin, on Thursday, November 8.

The following is the categorised list of cars eligible for ICOTY 2019:

Small/compact car of the year contenders - Ford Focus, Kia Ceed, Mercedes A Class, Volkswagen Polo, Subaru Impreza.

Executive/Premium car - Audi A6, Audi A7, Audi A8, BMW 6 Series GT, Kia Stinger GT Line, Mercedes CLS, Lexus LS 500h, Volvo V60.

Small crossover - Citroen C3 Aircross, Ford EcoSport, Hyundai Kona, SEAT Arona, VW T-Roc.

Compact crossover - BMW X2, Dacia Duster, Jeep Compass, Jaguar E-pace, Volvo XC40.

Medium crossover - BMW X3, Honda CR-V, Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, Opel Grandland, Skoda Karoq, Subaru XV.

Large crossover - BMW X4, Hyundai Santa Fe, Porsche Cayenne, Volkswagen Touareg.
