The highly anticipated Macra Capers final will take place this March, with teams from Laois, Kilkenny and Tipperary ready to take part.
Originally scheduled for February 1st, Laois Macra postponed the event due to a power outage in Mountmellick.
The unexpected cancellation was met with great disappointment from both the competing teams and their supporters, who had eagerly anticipated the event.
However, the excitement is back as the event has now been rescheduled to take place on Saturday, March 1st, at 7:30pm at Mountmellick Arts Centre, promising a night packed with laughter, music, and high-energy performances.
Six teams – Callan, Kilkenny City, South Tipperary, Insane, Freemount, and Mountmellick – will battle it out for the coveted top prize, showcasing their 20-minute variety shows filled with comedy, dance, poetry, and light entertainment.
