RTÉ and NCT among least trusted companies in Ireland
A new report has shown that the national State broadcaster, Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ) is among the least trusted brands in the country right now.
The annual Irish Customer Experience Report shows that the organisation has come last in a list of leading brands, recording its biggest fall in relation to customer experience score, with a decrease of 17 per cent.
RTÉ's trust score also fell by 25 per cent.
The report's findings likely come as no surprise to many people, given the controversy involving former RTÉ Director General Dee Forbes and former The Late Late Show host Ryan Tubridy earlier this year.
Other groups that have faired poorly in the ranking include Amazon, NCT and Ticketmaster.
Conversely, groups that ranked highly in the report include Power City, Specsavers, Smyths Toystores and a number of credit unions.
