Dunnes Stores announce change to returns policy in shake-up for Christmas shoppers
Dunnes Stores have announced an extension to their returns and refunds policy for both online and in-store shoppers in the run-up to Christmas.
The move was shared with shoppers on social media and encourages people to get their Christmas shopping done earlier in the comfort of knowing gifts can still be returned in the New Year.
Store purchases made from Saturday, October 14, 2023 can now be returned up to Wednesday, January 10, 2024, Dunnes Stores confirmed.
For items that are returned to a store, an exchange or refund can be offered up to Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
For items that are returned to an Online Returns Centre by post, a refund will be offered if received by Wednesday, January 10, 2024. This excludes large items of furniture.
All items returned must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with swing tags attached.
