Five people rushed to hospital as building collapses on van in Mayo
Five people have been injured after a building collapsed in Kilkelly, Co Mayo on Tuesday morning, gardaí have confirmed.
Gardaí and emergency services are currently at the scene of the incident in Kilkelly which saw the building collapse with rubble falling onto a van parked on the street.
"Five persons have been taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries which are believed to be non life-threatening," gardaí said.
Main Street, Kilkelly, Co. Mayo is currently closed. Local diversions are in place.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified.
