A crash occurred on the M50
Commuters are facing delays this morning following a number of road crashes while "frozen points' on rail lines have delayed a Galway to Dublin train.
There were a number of car crashes this morning with temperatures falling below 0 Celsius overnight.
A crash has happened in the last few minutes on the M7 J09A - NAAS, which has affected Lane 2.
Met Éireann issued a Status Yellow warning on Tuesday, which is in effect until 11am today. They warned of difficult driving conditions.
A crash earlier on the M50 between J09 and J07 Northbound has been cleared recently.
There was also a crash on N40 at 8.28 am between J10 - Mahon and J09 with Bloomfield (Westbound) Lanes affected.
Those travelling to Dublin were warned of delays due to the closure of the Phoenix Park today, Wednesday.
Gardaí warned people that it was best to leave extra time for any journey in and around Dublin city centre and to expect some localised delays.
The Phoenix Park will be closed to all access including pedestrians from 7pm this evening for a full 24hrs, which will reduce routes for drivers.

Meanwhile, Irish Rail has reported delays to one of its main train services due to frost. The 6.50am Tullamore to Galway train departed Tullamore approximately 15 minutes delayed, due to "frozen points" in Tullamore.
