A driver has been caught travelling at an extraordinary speed on a 60km/h road in dangerous road conditions.
According to Gardaí, Naas Roads Policing Unit were carrying out speed checks in Castledermot recently when they detected a car travelling at 105km/h in freezing conditions.
They were stopped and the driver was found to have no NCT.
The car was seized and court is to follow.
