Gardaí in Waterford have caught a driver breaking a number of road traffic laws.
The driver who the Gardaí pulled over was an unaccompanied learner without L-plates on the car.
The rear tyres of the were dangerously worn and to top it off the driver of the vehicle also tested positive for cocaine and cannabis.
The Gardaí have seized the vehicle and court to follow for the driver.
ANPR alerted Gardaí in Waterford to this car without tax.

When stopped, we discovered that the driver was uninsured, an unaccompanied learner without L-plates, rear tyres were dangerously defective and he tested positive for cocaine & cannabis.
