'We are so shocked' - Tributes paid after sudden death of boy week before Christmas

Tributes are being paid this week after the sudden death of beloved Kildare boy, Jamie Lee Feane.

The youngster from St. Dominic's Park, Newbridge, Co. Kildare died suddenly on Saturday, December 14, at Crumlin Hospital, a death notice on RIP.ie confirms.

It adds: "Jamie Lee will be forever missed and deeply loved by his heartbroken parents Francis and Leslie, brothers and sisters Ryan, Emma, Tayla, Ella, Hayley, Braiden and Louis, grandparents Frank, Sue, Peggy, Richard and Fran, great-granny Nora, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tributes have been paid online in the wake of the sad news. One person wrote: "God bless his parents and family and give them strength to endure this heartbreak. Rest in peace, beautiful wee man."

Another said: "What a lovely little boy, now with the angels. May God give his loved ones the strength to carry on."

A third person added: "Condolences to you all at this heartbreaking time. Heaven has certainly gained a beautiful little angel.
Sweet dreams Jamie Lee."

Newbridge Family also paid tribute: "Dear Family and friends of your little boy Jamie Lee. We are so shocked and sorry to see that your beautiful little boy has been taken so soon. Life is so unfair and difficult at times but this beggars belief.

"Remember all the wonderful times with your beautiful son and may he give you all strength and courage to cope with this tremendous loss. Look after eachother. Take comfort in knowing that your little boy's short life was filled with so much love. Watch over your heartbroken family little man. Sending big hugs."

Funeral Arrangements:

Reposing at his grandparents home 1967 St. Dominics Park, Newbridge from 4pm on Tuesday concluding with Rosary at 7pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Wednesday morning to arrive at St. Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Conleths cemetery, Newbridge. Jamie Lee's Funeral Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed on the following link. House private on Wednesday morning, please.
