Patrick Tiernan from Dublin has been reported missing since New Year's Eve.

ALERT: Gardaí 'concerned for wellbeing' of missing 65-year-old man as urgent appeal issued

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of missing 65-year-old Patrick Tiernan from Dublin.

Patrick was reported missing from his home in Clonsilla, Dublin on Tuesday, 31 December.

Gardaí say that they, along with Patrick's family, are concerned for his well-being. 

Patrick was last seen in Clonsilla on Tuesday afternoon shortly after 3pm.

He is described as being 6 foot 3 inches tall with a medium build, grey hair, grey facial hair and blue eyes. Patrick also has a tattoo on his left forearm.

Patrick was last seen wearing a khaki green puffer jacket and black jeans.

Anyone with information on Patrick’s whereabouts is asked to contact Blanchardstown Garda Station on 01 666 7000, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station
