The risk presented by this product is strangulation caused by entrapment of the head/ neck area. A child can fall through the gap, the head and neck area then becomes entrapped, and the child could be strangled as a result.
The type/number of model is JR-029. The bar code is 0781005737510. The batch number is 0023-01. The brand is unknown.
There are approximately 9 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.
What to do:
Customers should stop using the product. Once Learning World receive a copy of the proof of purchase and confirmation that the product has been disposed of, they will issue a full refund.
