The Leinster Express is delighed to announce an exciting new chapter in its history, with the launch of a newly designed paper next week.
The new look Leinster Express will hit the shelves next Tuesday, September 11 with a range of freshly enhanced features and sections, all designed to deliver to the reader a top class product.
The Express will have a completely refreshed appearance, presenting news, sports, features and profiles in an attractive and digestible new layout.
Moving to a new design continues the long tradition of the Leinster Express in reinventing itself for its readers in a timely and considered fashion.
The Express has always strove to reflect the times it has lived in, and it has been doing this since 1831, making it one of the oldest printed regional newspapers in the country.
The introduction of a new design further delineates the paper's ongoing and continued commitment to the local community, and the social and business life of the county.
That record of service to its county is something the Express can take some small measure of pride in, having been part of the fabric of Laois life for nigh on two centuries.
“However, we do not rest on our laurels and, in continually seeking new ways to engage with the local community, we look forward to taking this journey with you next week,” said Pat Somers, Editor.
